"Don't even deserve 1-star. I placed an order through eBay for a part they had in stock, but after 2 weeks it still hasn't been sent. Chased them on eBay and they promised multiple times that they'd get back to me ASAP, but never did. Called their customer service phone number and they blamed the issue on Australia Post not coming to collect their orders - really? For 2 weeks? A tracking number hadn't even been assigned to my order, so it wasn't even in the AusPost system. I ordered many other parts at the same time from around the country and have received all of them during this time. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with an online parts seller - take your business elsewhere to companies who actually care about you."

"Ordered headlight protectors on the 9th March and they were delivered on 16th March. Was happy with delivery time. Unfortunately after they were installed the same day as delivery they cracked with the afternoon sun. I have tried calling for the last week, emailed, opened a dispute on my account and still no reply from this company. Maybe I should contact the ombudsman so I actually get a resolution to this issue. The plastic clearly has a fault, thanks for nothing. Qualified diesel fitter not just a random!! I've sent an email to the email you provided and still haven't got a response nor a phone call. The dispute lodged on your Web page on my account still has not been resolved. What a joke."
