"When they had a sale, my husband went to this store to buy a dash cam. The middle-aged sales guy told him the dash cam he wanted had to be ordered in as they don't stock it at their store. He paid nearly 1k and he had to chase them for like a month as they didn't give him any updates. Then they called and told him the dash cam he wanted is discontinued. A few weeks later, he popped in to buy the oil for the car. He saw the dash cam he wanted on the shelf. He talked to the same middle-aged guy to ask why they told him it was discontinued, but now that it's here, he can't even answer my husband's question. My husband asked him if he could purchase it now with the same 20% off that he originally purchased it with and because he was told incorrect information. The sales guy just simply says NO and says he can't do that because the dash cam isn't on sale now. It is their fault for telling customer incorrect information , but they continue to act like it is not their fault and will not do anything about it. The way they treat customers like that, they will keep losing customers as no one wants to pay for bad service from them. I'd rather go to Repco next door to receive better customer service and more helpful compared to this useless Autobarn store."
"Sales staff are inexperienced. Sold me a fascia and head unit without checking the compatibility with my car. Took the parts to a different installer and learned this from them. Cost me additional money to order different parts and a second install appointment. All could have been avoided if they had staff offering proper advice. Pretty disappointed."
