"DO NOT buy from this "Company" - save your money and your time. I want to start of with saying that if i could give less than one star, I would without hesitation. Purchased some tail lights for my amarok which ended up getting damaged during delivery, not their fault of course. However, I contacted the "business" right away, only to wait several business days for a reply. I provided proof from Australia post after which it took almost an entire week to get a reply again only after I mentioned to get pay pal involved. This is a common pattern with dealing with this "business". Once I mentioned to get pay pal involved, I was replied to on the same day. I no longer trusted these guys at this point and asked for a refund instead of the item, which they offered after several days of dead silence again. After this, there was made no attempt to refund me anything from their end. I finally received my money again today on the dead line pay pal set, essentially 3 weeks!! after they said they would refund me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, making it so obvious that they only care about your money and will not help you in the slightest. I have no idea how many fake accounts they made for these random 5 star reviews, but believe us truthful people, save your money and time and stay away from this business, I wish i did!"
