"I am really disappointed that I need to share my experience of a local company with a negative review, but I can't change the facts and experience that have led to this review. I have a Suzuki Jimny vehicle and I had them fit a bull bar, winch, and Night Sabre light bar to the vehicle. When I went to collect the vehicle I noticed that the ball but was not level, it was on a lean one direction by about 30 mm when looking at the front of the vehicle. It was right before knock off time but the boys took it back into the workshop and fixed the problem.... So far so good. The vehicle is garaged when not in use and I noticed about four weeks after having this work completed that there was water in the light bar, not just a little bit of water but a lot of water. I took the vehicle down to them for inspection where they took photographs and said that we haven't seen this problem in a long time but will send the photos to the importer and ask for a replacement light bar. Now comes a time where I have been let down multiple times.... I have contacted them once I email without any reply. I have contacted them once by telephone and never received the promised callback I have contacted them once through their website form and have still not received a reply six days later. A couple of things, I don't have a problem with them going back to the manufacturer/importer of the light bar to seek assistance but my contract of sale is not with them, it is with MNF accessories. They should grab another light bar off-the-shelf and fit it to my vehicle while I wait. This is the normal process under Australian Consumer Law, trying to delay the process or avoid their responsibilities is not acceptable. I have given them 4 opportunities, once by visiting, once by phone, once by email and once through their web form to have my problem resolved and have me as a satisfied customer but by not returning phone calls or emails they are not doing their business any good as far as maintaining a reputation. As a small business owner myself I understand the difficulties in providing outstanding customer support and whilst we occasionally make errors they are nothing like what I have experienced with the MNF Accessories company. As they don't seem to be in any way interested in addressing my problem I have a couple of avenues to proceed for resolution. Take the matter to the office of fair trading who will organise for a resolution or refund. Take the light bar off myself in ret"

"I really wanted to give MNF 5 stars but a few hiccups along the way cost them a star. If I was giving a rating for the people it would be 6 stars, everyone is very positive to deal with. My issues were I needed to get my taillights rewired as they caused an ABS fault light to come on and the lights themselves were not tightened and getting a spanner in was not possible on one side without removing the whole assembly. The tray itself is really good and the slam drawer holds a stack of gear. The design and look are great. You will need a little patience and maybe do some bits yourself but overall considering how busy everyone is MNF build a good product."
