"Without no doubts this place offers best value for wrecking your car. Friendly staffs and caring customer service. My phone enquiry was attended by 2 female staffs and they were straight to the point, explained clearly with the pricing they offered to pick-up or to drop off the car. I visited them and they informed me that they don't do cash transactions. I got the money transferred to my bank account the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
"They were closed but when I called ol mate he didn't seem to know which of his wrecking yards I was at until I had to Describe which Wrecking Yard I was infront of for him to figure it out. Haven't had a Chance to go there yet as they never seem to have particular parts that I am after. Or I didn't like the Quote pricing as I know other yards wouldve sold it cheaper. 3 Stars from me"

"3/6/2022. I contacted Underwood Wreckers in search for a sun visor for the drivers side of a 2006 Hyundai Getz. On the telephone, I specifically said " I am looking for a sun visor on the driver's side of a 2006 Hyubdai Getz". The lady on the phone responded with "yep, we have one for $75.00". Based from the Gold Coast, I venture off to Underwood, a 45 minute drive each way. On arrival, I enter the shop to see one male and one female sitting at their computers. The male was so busy sitting on his phone he didn't even realise I was waiting in there. I advised the two incompetent employees that I called earlier and was here to collect the sun visor, to be advised that they do not have one and that on the phone, i asked for a seat, not a sun visor. I advised that that I definetly asked for a sun visor, however, the female continued to dispute this. She said that I should have said drivers side sun visor not drivers seat sun visor as it was too confusing. I personally didn't see what was confusing as I specifically said sun visor, however, from our short interaction, I came to realise she wasn't the sharpest part in the wreckers, and that she probably spends her afternoons at the pub with the boys. Anyways, after advising me they did not have the part, we stood at each other awkwardly as I awaited an apology for their incompetence, which I note was not received. I left the office, however, re-entered to clarify how infuriating their mistake was and that they didn't even have the decency to apologise. The male then responds with a backhanded apology saying "Im sorry you had to drive from the Gold Coast". I would think twice before using this wreckers as the employees are clearly missing a few screws."
