"Our car has broken down driving home to the Gold Coast and is not safe to drive or drivable to get it back to qld. Adams have organised a tow service from their service centre to the dealership in qld where it can get looked at and hopefully fixed. The staff have been beyond amazing and have honestly gone above and beyond trying to give us options to get us home. I cannot thank these guys enough and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Amazing customer service and such a lovely team!"
"Terrible experience with Adam’s towing. I had my car towed here and they said I can come around whenever and pick anything I had left in the car up. A week later I call up and they say “oh your car had been moved to gates head yesterday, you’ll have to go there if you want your stuff” gates head is an over 1.5 hour drive. No notice by Adam’s towing to come pick up my stuff or that the car would be taken to gates head. Terrible service."
"I was bogged in a semi-remote location with my dogs in the car. I called my insurance company for assistance and they we’re unwilling to help (saying they only tow vehicles that are half on sealed road but I was a few metres from a sealed road). I then called Adam’s towing and spoke to Ashley (I was quite emotional, crying and unsure if I’d be able to receive help - I just wanted to get my dogs home safely). She was so caring, understanding and helpful - there was a tow truck to me in less than 15 minutes! Arthur helped me and had my car back on the road in no time. I’m so incredibly grateful for Ashley, Arthur and the whole team. I highly recommend their professional, heartfelt service and would definitely use them again."

"I cannot thank Adam enough for his assistance in getting me out of a sticky situation. I broke down in the middle of an intersection and Adam just happened to pull up behind me, he instantly made me feel super comfortable and safe. He moved my car off the road for me and then helped me take it to the mechanic, even talking me through what to ask the mechanic while we were on the way there to ensure my car would be safe overnight and taking all the stress of my hands. Adam then waited for me to finish talking to the mechanic and then offered to drive me home so I didn’t have to walk! This was all while he was actually on his way home to his family. I cannot thank you enough for helping me right at the end of your day, you completely took control of the situation which was exactly what I needed at that point. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou."
