"The owner has quoted $150 for a part and when i went to pick it up he asked for $200. He refused to discuss it and was extremely rude to me. Beware, the person in this business is not only a liar but also rude and unreliable. Be aware everyone"

Don’t bother with these time wasters, they refuse to separate parts (umm isn’t that what wreckers are supposed to do?) and repeatedly fobbed me off - presumably as I wasn’t going to be spending enough money. Not sure how they remain in business since they don’t seem to actually want customers…."
"One of the rudest businesses I've ever had the displeasure of trying to do business with. Found a number of parts on Gumtree I was interested in, tried to contact them numerous times in regards to the parts I needed, on every single occasion, I was ignored. This is despite the fact that I absolutely 100% knew that my messages had been read. So clearly the business was either to incompetent or lazy to return my messages. Manners and courtesy cost absolutely nothing, and fortunately this business didn't get a cent of my money, I actually took it just a couple of doors down to another wrecker who obviously appreciated customer service a lot more than these people did, actually returned my messages, and subsequently got my money. Don't know how a business like this can afford to be so picky about who they do and don't do business with, especially when car wreckers are a dime a dozen in this city, obviously a business that's not being run particularly well. The sooner people like this go out of business, the better."
