"!!AVOID AT ALL COAST!! Worst customer service I've ever delt with. It's all rainbows and butterfly's until you want a refund on a rubbish product. Rude, bad attitude, entitled and insulting is how we'll get treated. 6 months to try get my money back on faulty products. While being blamed the hole time that the faulty product was because I'd tampered with it. Idk how places like this keep there doors open. Will be making sure to share my experience then ever I get a chance to do so."

"Brought a $1650 battery online, website said it was in stock which is the only reason I purchased from them. Went to pick it up days later after stating I would pick it up Thursday afternoon and when I got there they were clueless about the order, 3 guys standing around chatting and when you interrupt them to ask a question they make out out they are so so busy with no one around. They looked around their jumbled unit for about 15 mins and then said they don’t think they have it, its not here but would get back to me straight away and let me know about it. 2 days later nothing and I leave on a crossing of the Simpson desert in 6 days and need the battery. Do not believe their website it still says in stock now. I am sure they do something well but not sure what it is."
"Had an AMAZING experience when I shopped with APC4WD today. I came to the store last minute to pick up a Drifta awning. So I called ahead of time and 2 awesome and friendly blokes assisted me not only with my purchase but loading it into my car as I could barely lift it and I’m half the size of the awning itself. I highly recommend shopping here"
"Do not use this company. I emailed them an confirmed I was able to have a refund for a part I no longer needed. As soon as I posted the item they have completely ignored my emails and when I called them they used the excuse of covid like they have done to other reviewers. This isn’t 2020 anymore an the covid excuse doesn’t cut it. It should not take 6 weeks for a refund."
