"Had what I needed which was a Mitsubishi Pajero nm main fuel tank replacement. No other sellers had a main tank, only auxiliary long range tanks. A tad pricey but if you are struggling to get one, these are the people to see. No complaints here."
"I own a Prado 150 and had an issue with my Intensity spotlights, I attended Acacia Ridge ARB the young gentleman listened to my issue and reluctantly came to my car, his interest was not becoming, gave me the least amount of help and directed me to the nearest auto electrician, very poorly “service” orientated, it was more an attitude issue that got me off side. Fast forward the following day: A phone call to Capalaba ARB and things started to happen, Dean was truely service orientated, he got to the bottom of the problem really quick and did it very professionally and the issue has been rectified. Congratulations to the Capalaba team for a job well done, I was so happy, I spent money on something new for my Prado at ARB Capalaba. Highly recommend the Capalaba guys and girls 👍"
"11th Sept 21 I ordered a new ARB Sahara Bar with built in LED, the bar to be colour coded and installed along with 2 rated ARB recovery points and a Safari Armax snorkel - and was notified and booked in to install 11th Feb after a couple of follow ups asking when goods would arrive. Also asked them if they could bolt in my new Carbon Winch but we would wire as had designed and built all electrics in the vehicle. Dropped car in and left with ARB Capalaba for 24 hours so not to rush and upon collection saw that paint around one of the winch bolts had actually stripped away showing the bare metal and black powder-coat from factory supply. Spoke to Brendan and he said he would look into and come back to me. The issue was the car is going to be on beach regularly and in salt so this could be a potential issue down the track with rust. Also when I inspected the recovery points the L/S back bolt was not tightened fully and had 10mm of thread showing which I corrected with a socket. Again I had to follow up twice about rectifying the paint and was then asked to drop car in for the day to have sorted, and upon collection found the repair to be a bit of touch up paint around the bolt and loose paint not removed and primed correctly. I asked Brendan if he thought this was satisfactory level of workmanship on a $5000 sale, and his answer was no, he understood my dissatisfaction and ARB are looking for new painters and he could get looked at again. As a business owner myself, I understand things do not always go as they should however, if a customer has a gripe you go out of your way to resolve as customers issues to keep them as long term clients. I fully understand that the paint process is not done 'in house' but the issue should have been pointed out by ARB installers and rectified promptly with the high quality of finish I paid for and expected."
