"Chris is great, professional and knowledgeable. I have only ever worked in sales so I’m hard to impress but Chris is simply honest which goes a long way with me. I even called to speak directly with the owner just to let him know how well his staff are doing. I spoke with these guys and they can fit a higher quality product at a cheaper price compared to a local car car dealer which I was surprised by. ARB definitely isn’t “expensive” as some people say because I chased multiple quotes from others and ARB offer the better price with much better service. Cheers boys 👍"
"Not the best experience great product but customer service is extremely poor and rude once the $ are handed over. Had a bar and winch fitted which was sent out incomplete and wireless function on winch not working as the reciever wasn't even fitted just a bare power wire. Once fitted not even an apology, and rude when asked to show if it was actually working . Definitely not how you treat a customer when the job should have been sent out in working order !!!"
