"I spoke to 2 different agents in the sales department, and they were very helpful I got a quote for $2102.00 and I ask if I could pick the parts myself and I was told I could. Couple days later before making the trip I called back and checked they had every part on stock and re confirmed that I could pick my order my self at Cambelfield Vic. What a shock of terrible customer service from the staff at this location. I was treated very poorly, a woman and a tall bald guy yelling from the inside that I couldn't be there like if I was doing something wrong, I try to explain why I was there but they just keep yelling the same. I work in retail as well and sometimes there is misunderstandings between head office and the physical stores. it could be that I was given the wrong information twice about being able to go to the store and collect my spares but that doesn't justify to treat a customer in that manner."
