"DISGRACEFUL. The extreme stress and pain that Auto Extras have caused my mum and myself is indescribable. They severely damaged my mums BRAND NEW Mercedes Sprinter. This was mums first new vehicle purchase in over 20 years and she was going to be building a camper van to live in. What should have been an extremely exciting and happy time for mum turned into an absolute nightmare. What made us even worse was the way they treated us after the damage was done. They treated us like idiots (probably because we were female and they thought they could pull the wool over our eyes) and they tried to act like the damage wasn’t even bad. When they were given the opportunity (Legally they had to be given this) to ‘fix’ their mistakes they did even more damage! Mums BRAND NEW van significantly dropped in value. The costs of the repairs are huge but really, it will never fully be repaired to its new state that it was before they damaged it."
"Kearley Auto Extras did a fabulous job on my 4wd vehicle. They had installed to assist with my disability a steering wheel knob and Clearview towing mirrors which are assisting in a big way. The service was very impressive and their job was completed in no time."
"Beware if you are an NDIS participant. Be mindful of the cost of the service you will be provided. These guys will attempt to rort you and take more of you funding than is justified. Shameful."
