"Thought this would be straight forward as it was all scheduled but unfortunately the communication between driver and office was horrible. Called all week to get an eta but was told I’d be called back. Never was. So I called everyday to check. Until it got to the delivery date that was agreed upon. Called to cancel since they left it till the bitter end and never called or anything. As soon as I called I was told that miraculously they were already on the way. They never told me ahead of time and they left it till around 1 pm and the faculty it was going to closed at 4. Paid this Tuesday at 12:36 and was called Thursday at 4:30 ish to let me know my payment didn’t come through. Clearly giving me no time to even check with my bank. Perhaps they were trying to buy some time for themselves. The only saving grace was the driver that was supper friendly and didn’t make a big deal about being 45 minutes late due to their office never calling me to let me know. What a headache from start to finish."
"Good tow company with fast results and reasonable prices. Unfortunately there is bad communication between the office and drivers. And the drivers will rock up with short notice (30 mins for me) and if you aren't ready to go it can be very stressful (I was taking a quick coffee break). These guys definitely need to work on scheduling and giving their customers more time and notice to prepare for when the truck drivers come."
