"Sold me the wrong part despite me questioning it, when I called to explain that the starter motor was for a fg and not the bf model as requested the manager decided he would no longer talk to me as it was not his problem. Made no effort to help in the resolution and I was forced to threaten fair trading to finally get a refund. 1 Doesn't know the product their selling 2 Has no time for fixing their own errors 3 Will only issue a lawful refund if you threaten the company with a fair trading dispute 4 long story short they will never get my business again. 5 Go to holmwood wreckers instead"
