"I bought a car from them and on its 2nd day its start making noise. Then drive back from Brisbane to Beaudesrt they checked and it was a fault CV shaft and haven’t fixed and then gave me back after adjusting the same CV shaft with the hands. At that moment they took a test drive and did not make noise , then give it back to me. While driving it back to Brisbane its start making noise again. Car was in still warranty. I was not gonna drive all the way back again and fixed it from Brisbane near to my work place and give them a call after that. Then call them back. David was dealing with, first he was ok on the phone saying yes send us the invoice and the faulty CV shaft. And after that they send me an email about we will not pay it, because it was fine when we give it to you. So it cost me around $600 to fixed it and also spend $19500 to buy a car. Worst car service team would not recommend anyone to go there, specifically if you are coming from far away like i did from Brisbane. Wish I could give them 0 start"

"Service department is lacking skills to correctly diagnose issues, and repair. They had my partners car for a day as it would not start. They charged $350 for the investigation work, still did not start the car, and advised it would cost another $1700 to fix the issue. When questioned they could not advise how this figure was derived. Had the car sent back to us, another $100 in towing. Rang and spoke to the Service Dept manager and was finally able to get a parts list, so the car apparently need a full engine hose kit, spark plugs, and ignition coils, his pricing including labor still didn't make the $1700 quoted. Tried to follow up with emails and calls, but the service department hasn't responded to any further correspondence. Issue was resolved when I replaced the spark for $70, well short of the $1700 quoted. In fact had they just serviced the car, it is highly likely they would have accidentally fixed the issue. By their own site a service for our Commodore is around the $350 mark. Car has not missed a beat in the last 4 months; thus I am writing this review, as the service manager advised me this work needed!!! to be done. Personally I would not recommend Zupps Beaudesert to my worst enemy."
