"Great local mechanic who you can really trust. They are honest and fair in what they charge. I've been them a number of years in a number of different cars I own. They can do the simple and the more complex equally well. If you want a local mechanic in the Bondi/ Eastern suburbs area I'd highly recommend them. Very friendly and easy to deal with too."
"DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Went in for a simple job, changing the struts in my boot. Parts cost $99 for a pair, takes five minutes to change. They said they would check the part price and come back to me. They completed the job without calling me back and then charged me $280 for the struts and another $120 for another car part I required. When I politely questioned the inflated price of the parts and requested to see a break down of the part purchase, they became really aggressive and refused to show me the breakdown of purchase of parts. I left the place in tears after being aggressively shouted at by a man in his office for 15 minutes. I wouldn't trust them and I would never use them again."
"Went this morning to Paul to check how to replace my water coolant and where 7 am I was waiting especially for him till he opened up I walked to him and I said I’m having this sign come up (Change water coolant) and asked can u plz tell me or I’ll pay u to help He without looking at my car … aggressively says add water to it And I’m not a car wiz so I said would u plz tell me or show me Him yelling (I SAID ADD WATER TO THE CAR .. ) then he adds ( ARE YOU GOING TO ASK THE SAME QUESTION AGAIN ? ) Shocked by this approach on a Monday morning I took my car and drove away DISGUSTING,HORRIBLE ATTITUDE PAUL i won’t recommend this place to anyone And I’m sure it he was dealing with A MALE he wouldn’t act that way Disgusting behavior"
