"They don't deserve one star. I purchased an item on their ebay store. The item never arrived. They asked ebay to remove my negative feedback. They are threatening me in their messages. They are liars. I never had aggressive tone, modification requests, lies etc. None of this is true. Don't deal with these people. Update to response to owner of this company. You don't have dignity or personality to apologize for your baseless claims. A man must have the dignity to apologize for his baseless accusations. What's wrong with you? You publish my name, adress etc. Yes, all information you provided is correct. I am a man of my word. I am not someone like you! People know me as an honest person with dignity. Try to ruin my reputation and i willl come and spit to your face.. I am not a troll.. Be carefull what you write about me. Why don't you publish your name, adress, ph number?? This is not how a man should act. I sent you today on the 12/05/2022 an email asking you to apologize for your lies. You choosed to block me. A 5 year old can apologize for their mistakes but you can't!"
"Poor communication, no customer service and dishonest. Stay away. I order a part that shows online as in stock. Received email saying it’s not and it will take longer. Purchase will not go ahead if I don’t confirm. I said I still want it and ask about quicker express shipping. No response for a few days until I emailed again to ask for a cancellation seeing they didn’t come back to me. Straight way they reply order is coming. I ask for it to be redirected to a different address. Again no rely. No surprise that days later when the product arrive it was sent to the wrong address"
"Was sent a faulty part. Their response was they have a faulty seal on that part, great send out faulty parts. 2 mechanics have checked it and it’s not the seal but the part itself. Disgusting rude unhelpful response as they advised me to buy another one whilst waiting for warranty. My business is delayed by this. They have admitted to sending me a faulty unit however expect me to do all the work to fix their mistake. I was hung up on repeated times. Do not deal with this company."
