The person I got was very nice but he was not professional we called to book an appointment but then told that he’ll come on Monday and then call again to change it to Tuesday at 12 on the Tuesday he message very early in the morning without any notice and told us that he’s 10 mins away. It was shockingly unprofessional since I do have stuff to do. also emailed online describe exactly what happened to the car and was given a quote but then when the dude came he gave a different quote that’s was very low."
"Called a few days in advance to get a quote and book in a time. The guy seemed nice and the quote was reasonable. When the time came for them to collect, no one showed. I called afterwards to see if they were running late but no one answered. So I texted. Sometime later, another number called, I'm presuming the driver to say they'd be here in 20 minutes, but unfortunately by that time I had other engagements, so I promised to call back. We phone tagged all day and I sent messages to both numbers to try and get another time, maybe the next day. Heard nothing and no replies to texts. No apology for not making the original time either. Very strange business practice!"
