"If I could give 6 stars, I would. What an exceptional experience from start to finish. It all began with an email to ask a couple of questions, which was responded to promptly and with a number of photos/links to explain what my car might look like once wrapped. We traded more emails and pics and we locked in a price and date. I was asked for final measurements for my stripes and I then turned up on Michael’s doorstep at the prescribed time. Michael greeted me out the front with a warm smile and a handshake and then took me through the details of my wrap to confirm he had everything right. We agreed on a pick up time and then got chatting about some other items for my car. I hadn’t even made it round the corner and Michael had researched the parts we’d spoken about and provided links to these on eBay! This was way above and beyond the service I was paying for. My wife and I turned up to collect the car and as the roller shutter went up, the “great reveal” occurred and we were both blown away with the result. Michael then proudly took us around our car explaining what he had done and the effort he and his wife had gone to to make it such an exacting and perfect job. For example, the stripes had a mm-perfect cut-out around the antenna base and the mini logo was perfectly framed by the laser-cut edge to look as good (better?) than a factory finish. Michael even cut some extra pin stripes and gave them to us in case they ever need replacing, so we have the same vinyl batch and therefore the exact same colour! Who does that? It was evident just from talking to Michael, how passionate he and his wife are about their work and the care that they put in to each and every job. It was almost like my car was Michael’s car he cared about it that much! My wife and I are incredibly happy with the result and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Carbon Demon to anyone who is looking for the highest-quality workmanship and to deal with such decent, professional and customer-focused business owners. This level of attention to detail and customer service is remarkably uncommon in business nowadays, which is sad, until you come across it and reap the benefits of such a great experience. Thank you.
