"The service is friendly enough, but massive wait times when trying to contact the service centre about my car in their workshop. My car was booked in for a roadworthy inspection for interstate transfer and got told after dropping it off, they can’t do it because it’s an interstate rego? I tried to correct them, but they apparently they have never done them. I spoke to MVR compliance centre and they told me that Hyundai could carry out the roadworthy inspection. The service advisor refused to believe this was the case still. I feel that they have lost my confidence in them as a service centre due to poor knowledge of their trade. I won’t be coming back - DMG Hyundai, you have lost my business!"
"Issues with communication. Department does not get in touch with us and it has been impossible to contact the service department for a booked in vehicle the past couple of times we have tried - calling them just results in you staying in a queue forever and requesting a callback either via the phone or via live chat seems to either be a 24 hour wait or results in you never getting called back. Just not reasonable when the service department is located in Winnellie. It's not a trivial distance - would have been outright impossible to check in person if I didn't have someone willing to drive me in."
