"Very bad experience with the Melbourne outlet Ordered gasket kit and confirmed at the time that they had the correct one only to be sent the wrong year . Because I had opened the pack and then realised it was wrong they offered 15% back and would not accept a complete return and refund. I would steer clear in future as they will not accept they were at fault."
"Worst customer service, We bought two O2 sensors for a client's Renault and they were faulty upon installation ( open circuit on both sensors ). We have requested to refund the faulty parts but apparently they were tested ok and we couldn't refund the sensors, So now we are stuck with 2 faulty O2 sensors. Would never buy from this place again."
