"Unrelieable and disorganized. Needed a tow truck in the morning so called the previous night, gave them my details and booked on for 8/8:30am, they couldn't give me the exact time. The next day I waited and waited, but no tow truck. Gave them a call and they said they didn't have my details. They requested them again and said they'd have a tow truck there by 9am. I messaged the details as requested and waited, but nothing. I gave them a call close to 9am and they didn't answer. Then they sent me a text saying they couldn't make it. So they left me hanging for a second time. Will never call them again."
"Fantastic team to deal with from the front office to the driver's. I urgently needed to get my car to my mechanic on the other side of Sydney, I called at 9am and by 10:30am my car had been collected and on the road. Highly recommended and I will continue to use them for my fleet of vehicles."
"I called up for a tow truck and they told me 60-90 minute wait. I called at 1pm and waited two hours. I called up the company 5 times and no reply. I called the driver and he said he was on the way. I waited an extra hour and they still didn’t show up. I called the driver again because the company wasn’t answering. They said they were at another drop off. Such poor communication and customer service. I waited 3-4 hours just to cancel and call another company. I had to get to the mechanic by 5pm and it was already around 4pm. I will not be using this company in the future."
