"Originally diagnosed an issue but clearly didn't do their due diligence because that wasn't the problem, so they fixed that, and I paid for that solution it but that didn't fix the problem. Once they'd diagnosed my car correctly I was provided a quote which I approved. When collecting my car, after they'd had it for a week, I found that they overcharged me significantly and when I brought this to their attention one of the staff members responded "good thing you've got a good memory". Pretty poor form, based on this experience I'm sure they've taken advantage of many trusting customers. Will not be returning."
