My Honda was returned to me without finding an electrical problem and the central locking and remote locking no longer worked when I got the car home. After asking to look into why this was they found the lock needed to be replaced and decided they wanted to charge me for the damages they caused. The electrical problem turned out to be a faulty alternator that someone from RACV found straight away."
"Very disappointing to have bought a used car with ~1,000 kms on it, and warranty not honoured. Non-standard wiring in the door was found to be causing a fault that was observed when the vehicle was inspected, but GWS failed to respond to numerous calls and emails about this repair. Such a shame to sour the experience over ~$500 repairs."
