"I wish I had read the reviews before, had booked a time to do wheel alignment, got there in time, waited about 1 hour to get my car on the hoister, and another 45 minutes 'working' on the car. 2 months later my two front tyres are worn on the inside only to the point I lost the tyres. Didn't get any readings of before and after at the time, 2 months later took my car to another place and the readings were way way out. Didn't go back to complain because apparently everyone else is wrong and they are always right. Don't go there."
"As I jumped on to review, I saw many negative reviews. It's very clear that the owner does know his areas of work, and I too would get to the point of being straight down the line if I had 'x' amount of people coming to me daily - telling me how to do my job. I was referred to GC Suspension by my local mechanic. When I arrived I will admit I felt completely out of my element. After discussing the plan with my car we agreed I'd take it in the next day. (That same afternoon my alternator had blown). I called in the morning I was due in and asked if they knew where I could take it to get the alternator fixed and was told they could do it. 2 days later I was able to return for my car. The end results of the suspension I am very happy with, the car was raised to the perfect amount and still maintains its aggressive look. The car is also no longer issuing alternator failed signs. I really appreciate the owner (apologies I'm terrible with names) for taking the time to walk me through the issues with the car and talking to me about an unrelated problem."
"Matt and the crew are fantastic! They are truely honest and wonderful people to deal with. I bought a snorkel for my hi Jeep Wrangler! Turned out to be a dud so Matt and his staff took it upon themselves to find a replacement for me for them to install. I really would recommend these guys to all! Well done Matt and the team!"
"HUGEEE thanks to these guys I took my car in Tuesday and explained to them that another mechanic had messed up my car and that I needed it ready by Saturday to take to the track as I had a car trailer book for Saturday, and the team assured me it would be ready by Saturday and sure enough it was ready and extremely well done for a very reasonable price. The team is really friendly and kept in touch with me though everything thank you guys and I will be coming back 100% for more work 💯"
