"Was looking for DC5 Type S side skirts and Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, by informing me when potential new wrecks were coming in. When the side skirts came in today, he sent me a photo and video of the side skirts (which were in great condition btw) first thing in the morning, and then gave me a call to finalise the shipping details. Gave me a terrific rate too - just top notch customer service. When the skirts had been all packaged up and labeled, Kevin sent me comprehensive photos of the completed packaging ready to be shipped and provided me with tracking link straight away. "Messaged them regarding a manual transmission off a manual car, given a price I came down to collect but when I arrived they said they thought I was referring to an automatic transmission and that the manual one would be double the price. Poor communication and extremely high pricing for non premium parts. Recommend you just browse facebook marketplace and start making friends that own hondas if you need second hand parts."
"Hi everyone, This is the most disgusting wreckers that i have ever seen. Disrespectful and dishonest wreckers that steal money off people. My brother went in to pick up sensors for a new honda crv 2019 and the guy said they were good. My brother got an electrician to put them on the car and they turned out to be faulty. We spoke to one of the salesman at these wreckers and they returned the item and only refunded half the money which the item wasnt working from before. They sell faulty items to steal mo ey off people. Disgusting."
