"From the very first moment, I was given attitude. During the entire experience, all staff members that I spoke too had poor customer service. I phoned for a quote on a fitted towbar. (I even rang back later and double checked that they had all the correct details and they again confirmed the price). On day of fitting, they completely denied the phone call price and was told it was going to be an extra $250. (Just to get the business). Don’t be fooled by these snakes, get a written quote. My advice is to go somewhere else, particularly if you don’t like dealing with people who have an extremely poor attitude."
