"Found JH Auto on Webb after the motor in my Prado threw a rod through the block. Took my Prado there to install a new engine, great service from Mick and the staff, had a couple of minor issues after getting car back but Mick and guys fixed all my concerns with no problems. All of their staff were good to deal with and l am very happy with the work on my Prado. Would wholeheartedly recommend to any Toyota Diesel owners with problems"

"I took my 80 Series Landcruiser in to Jh auto with oil leaking from my transmission, and a clutch I provided myself, to be replaced new throughout the process and for all the oil leaks to be fixed. After 3 weeks, poor communication and a bill of aroud $3000, my gearbox is still leaking oil, vital engine bolts were completely forgotton to be put back on, rounded hex heads on other bolts and engine grease from boots on interior carpet. Mick is confident the problems have nothing to do with JH Auto and everything to do with me. I had a timing chain changed in my Hilux a few years back and that was great! However as the name suggests, Landcruiser's are not their forté. I won't be takin my car back to JH Auto in the future."

"Mick is helpful, they have stock when other wreckers don't.. Unfortunately, I was given a quote over the phone for a rear bumber ($55) each, but a few days later it was sold to me for ($145) each insisting that the quote was never for $55. Only to find my notes at home to prove the initial quote. Now, I am the silly one for paying the price, not taking my notes and not purchasing on the same day but I felt it was not fair/honest from the business. So I won't be going there again."
