"Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. Very dodgy. I ordered a Gearbox for Joe. for 3 weeks he said it had been shipped but refused to give me a tracking number. Turns out it was never shipped. Then I requested a refund and it took 8 weeks of calling regularly until they finally refunded. He profusely lied to me, continually making up things that I since learnt never happened. No matter what he said he was doing or why he couldn't refund me it was all lies. Such a nightmare. Extremely bad business service and terrible customer service. Would highly recommend not doing business with them regardless of the price. Such a hassle and drama of endless excuses, someone who never does what he says his doing and simply treating others poorly! Reply to below comment: Hi Joe, in fact when I ordered and paid for the part over the phone you requested me to TEXT you the address of which I did, the address of the Mechanic. This was your mistake, not mine, it was your companies miss handling. Then the part was never re-sent to me. After calling the freight company myself it was found at their warehouse unlabelled. I requested a refund due to your lies, lack of honesty and the fact I had already waiting 4 weeks for a part that had cost me $3199 that never arrived. Correction - another lie from you. You consistently said you had no money, that you were waiting for cheques to clear and therefore could not refund. Your receptionist also confirmed this. Refund has now been received. Thank you"
