"Terrible customer service, waited half an hour to pay for my rims was just ignored and left wandering around the workshop. The Beadlock rims I had fitted were not torqued down properly whatsoever. Avoid this joint at all costs"
"These guys are scamming customers as not refunding payment after they send me wrong parts and i paid express post to get them and then return post . They received the parts back and asked for my bank details being 2 weeks waiting for refund and when you call them its hard to get hold of them and they never reply to your enquiry or emails. Stay away people from them"
"They are a scam, ordered a set of JK Floor Mats from aftermarketjeep.com.au off their website that were listed as "in stock". I received confirmation of payment followed by radio silence and no delivery or expected delivery timeframes. After multiple attempts to contact the company with no answer from calls or response to written enquiries, I have read other reports of the owner scamming people and have become quite disheartened. I will attempt to pursue legal action but I am not hopeful to recover my $250..."
