"Just Jeeps did an engine change over on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 litre diesel recently. Everything they said would happen in the process did happen and they kept us informed continuously. Rocky and Franky were excellent to deal with; nothing seemed to be a problem for them. The extras they did were often without charge to us which was extremely well appreciated. The engine change over was professionally completed and we are very happy as it is running well. I would not hesitate in recommending this business as a very good operation with tons of personality. "BEWARE - I used the online version of this business run by Franky Rochetich at the eBay commerce site TroublesWreck, based in Sunshine Victoria. The parts I ordered and paid hundreds of dollars for in full were not delivered and there was no communication or explanation for over 6 weeks to explain the delay or advise what was happening. When I contacted the owner Franky via EBay to ask what was happening I received a rude email telling me I was a “keyboard warrior” for making a complaint! and now “blocked” from their site!!! Never mind that Franky/Troubles Wrecking were happy to take hundreds of dollars up-front but fail to supply the order AND offer no communication to the customer to advise what’s going on. I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with this shonky person or business."
