"Normally I don't do reviews. However after seeing the review the dense sack of waste that left a 1 star made, I felt it needed to be done. I have been purchasing parts through these guys for quite some time now and have never had a single issue. It seems like the 2 other reviewers didn't have an issue either. So that makes me think that it was more a case of customer in that other one. I in fact know of the window switches he's complaining about. These switches are no longer available through manufacture because the vehicles they suit are getting a bit on the old side. The fact that they went out of their way to supply an alternative is pretty good of them as far as I am concerned. It just seems that an unfortunate event has been made a massive fiasco by the even more massive man child this customer must have been. Sorry you guys have to put up with morons like that keep up the good work!"
"The parts salesman at the front counter has the personality of a wasp, and the customer relations experience of a pretzel! Tried to make conversation with this fat, lazy arrogant sod, however he was to interested in the donuts under the counter than to speak. All I wanted was a refund on some window switches which were faulty, but this was way above his intellectual capacity. After talking to Mike (the parts manager) I now realised this type of school yard attitude must be an inbreed "Ford Trademark" when it comes to customer service! After complaining about the longevity of the parts I purchased, and the minimal warranty period allocated to the parts, Mike the parts manager was almost in tears. He told me he was cancelling all future orders for these parts so that no one could ever purchase them through Ford again - LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE RUBBISH AFTER MARKET PARTS!! Get a life Mike, and get stuffed ford. It's just as well your company went out of business, no customer should ever be treated like that in any business, let alone a national franchise establishment such as Ford. What a joke! I feel ashamed to drive a Ford after service like that, maybe Holden offer a more friendly service to their customers. Shame Shame Shame."
