"I took my bike to Darren to get forks overhauled and a front wheel bearing. I got my bike back the speedo now doesn’t work the brake lights not working from front brake lever and a new oil leak from shockers and front brakes full of air.. The horn was mounted in the wrong place on front fork head clamp stopping the clamp from pulling up and holding the shocker..(dangerous) Note the washer mark on horn bracket showing clearly it was and should be bolted on in another place and not mounted in this place. With the heavy vibration and twisting forces exerted on the front suspension of a motorbike plus the effects on handling,this is a hazard waiting to happen.A dangerous place to put any bracket or anything else….. (as pictures show) And oil is pouring straight out the top of one of the supposedly reconditioned shock absorbers..( as pictures show ). When he was told these things he just wanted to deny any responsibility and argue with me…. This co$t me $450.00 And another $50 in taxis. $500.00 dollars to have more problems than I started with. It seems once you have paid him he couldn’t care less doesn’t care if you don’t come back. Now I have to take it to a mechanic and pay for them to re do Darren’s work and fix all these new problems… Thanks for nothing Darren… So do you think I would recommend sc moto ?"
"Great Moto shop. Darren is a legend, super knowledgeable and a great mechanic. Have plenty of stock, helmets pants oils and spare parts. Can't recommend them enough. Always looks after me Thanks Darren"
"Why can't the doors remain open until the time they say they are open? Needed a part, arrived at 8 minutes to 5 to find gates locked and not an employee to be seen...back to Newcastle tomorrow to get what's needed! Support local they say...why?"
