They were incredibly responsive and I would like to give a shout out to Vince, who was very patient in answering my many questions and super helpful in getting the required parts - which to our luck even were in the same color of our car - and had them shipped to our repairer, all at a fair price. "Spoke to a bloke on the phone regarding a screen replacement, he was kind enough to properly explain auto electrician process, but says if screen doesn’t that’s on me and not them because he’s got footage of it working. When asked about process/solutions if screen doesn’t work, he again said I will have working footage, and when asked about footage reliability (old, before/after, quality etc) - his response was “if it doesn’t work, buy a new screen bro”. Fantastic service :)"

"Rang up to get some door trims for my car. Was provided a quote and rang to confirm I could collect. Was told the parts would be ready for me to collect the next day on payment received. Made the payment then and there. Went to collect only to be told that the parts had been sold. No heads up to say there was an issue and no apology for wasting my time to drive to Smithfield. Just some excuse that the system was wrong and a refund would be provided in 5-10 days. If you're going to buy of them make sure you double check they have the parts they say they do."

By some miracle it was at my front door b4 lunch the next day. If I could ide rate them 100 stars. I installed with ease and now my car is road worthy again 🙌"
