"I cannot recommend this business highly enough. From the very initial contact to the final pick up I cannot fault my experience. At times I had my doubts, because it all seemed to be one of those 'too good to be true' times in life, but it wasn't. There were times when I tried and couldn't get through, but these were anomalies. Initial free advice was spot on, friendly and efficient. Follow-up insurance claim went smoothly. I had to postpone the initial booking time because it was TOO soon for me! They needed the car for 5 days,( a week), but my requested time started after the long weekend. No drama, we'll still have your vehicle back by Friday. 🤯 I must admit I was dubious. Dropped the vehicle off Tuesday, was rung Wednesday and told it could be ready Thursday unless it had to go to the dealer for calibration of the damaged radar unit, which could mean Monday. Rang Friday morning, "we've managed to get Ur car I today, and it'll be ready this arve." And it was ready, as promised. I get the impression from my short time involved that the staff are working to their maximum, but they do so with some of the best customer service I have ever received. I can't fault the workmanship. I can't fault anything and I can be quite cynical but this business is one of the best ones. ( and I'm in no way affiliated or know any of the employees) Happy Days."

"Insurance repair, absolutely disgusting workmanship, wish I could give negative stars! Brand new car, had for 2 weeks, colour completely off on repairs, scuffs and chips off supposedly new parts, gouged and jagged sensor holes, missing rubber rings, grille not reconnected properly. Checked the invoice and they didn't even order a new bumper bar when they said they had. Had to be fixed at Casino Smash Repairs who also picked up on extra damage that was never fixed and had it back looking pristine in only 1 week. Northern Rivers Paint Panel and Repair, incompetent to say the least! Argue to go elsewhere with NRMA!"

"These guys are amazing! Reception staff are great, I did get there voicemail multiple times but they were so quick to call back and keep me updated on the process of my car. They had my hole door replaced, scratches buffed out and washed in the time frame they gave me, even though they were so busy! Thank you again."
