"I have been to OL Welshpool numerous times. Shame on me for never leaving a review. Just last week I got the custom fitted Rhino Roof rack for my Jimny 2019. It looks amazing + more importantly the crew did a custom rear bar fitting for me. The bar was extremely hard to fit and it took Fluff half a day to do it, infact, he worked till 5:15pm (15 minutes over his bed time). Highly recommended crew. Highly... recommended..."
"Worst customer service ever, still haven't received an order that I made 6 months ago, everytime I asked why's taking soo long they kept ignoring and saying " we'll let you know"!! And they never did!! What kind of business are these guys running seriously, making people wait for this long without calling or anything. What about the deposit that I made when the order allegedly went through.? Lost, stolen!! What can possibly take 6 months to arrive? Orders from the USA or China or anywhere are supposed to arrive in 4 maybe 6 weeks tops! Worst shop in Perth, DO NOT GO in there and waste your time and energy!"
