"When picking up the part I admitted to not being sure if I had ordered the right part and asked for confirmation from the owner. The owner advised that my mechanic would tell me when he changes the part. My mechanic told me I had the wrong part, so when I called the owner of overland he told me that he wouldn't give me a full refund and would only give part of my money back. When I arrived to return the part the owner told me I wouldn't be receiving a refund and he would only be giving me an inhouse credit, and that I would still only receive less than I paid. At this I walked out, saying he's a crook and he shouldn't be doing business, just to have him follow me, shouting and abusing me, claiming it's my fault. When I reminded him I asked him to check if I had the right part because I wasn't sure, he simply denied it and stormed off."
