"AVOID THIS WRECKER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. Ordered a rim 2 months ago for freight delivery to Sydney which never arrived. Called to find out where it was initially then told it was lost in transit. I requested the connote number which they could not provide and then to be placed on hold for over 10 minutes which was then disconnected multiple times. Shocking service rude on all ends never recommend this company again."
"100% Arrogant and rude to a long term customer. Left a message for a return call from the new owner as he was away from the phone. Gave the lady a list of parts probably exceeding $3000. Waited 24 hrs no return call. When I called and the phone was answered with a "Hello" instead of the business name etc so I wasn't sure I had the right number. After asking was this parkes auto wreckers I said I left a message with a parts list and a return number. The owner spoke to me rude and raised his voice. No communication between staff. Disgraceful way to run a business and talk to customers."
