"-- My first visit -- After a coilovers and swaybar upgrade (supplied and installed by another shop), my car kept making metal clunking noises every time i went over bumps on the road. Took it back to the shop and they had no idea how to fix it. I then took it to numerous other places that also couldn't figured out how to fix it. Decided to bring it to Pedders Moorebank and spoke with Brian. They knew exactly what issue was (the shop that installed my swaybars didn't tighten the bushings). Pedders fixed it in a well timely manner. -- My second visit -- Got my wheel alignment done at my local suspension shop. Their printout showed a perfect alignment however you could see from visual inspection that it was not symmetrical. The shop told me that my car was like that from factory (i.e. not symmetrical from a Toyota factory?? 😂). Decided to bring my car back to Brian at Pedders Moorebank. Their system showed that the car was definitely not aligned. They discovered the issue was with my left-front LCA (bushings were deformed). They did a great job at replacing the part and with the wheel alignment. Now, I can actually see that it is perfectly symmetrical. -- tl;dr -- These guys have a talent for figuring out your suspension issues and fixing them in a well timely manner. I spoke with Brian mainly; he is great at explaining the issue (and how it was fixed) and he is just a great person to talk to. Honestly, don't bring your car anywhere else but here. I know will definitely be bringing my car back here whenever I need more suspension work done. [Would have done 2 reviews if I could because these guys deserve 10/5 stars]."

"I had squeaking noice in Hiace leaf spring and they changed the bushings which wasn’t bad and sprayed some liquid grease. The next day the squeaky noice was back and i took it back to them and again they just sprayed the liquid grease but it didn’t solve so a week later I took it back again and now they’re saying I have to change the leaf springs and they said they will get back to me with 3 days and it’s been 6 months they haven’t’ contacted me. I paid $400.👎👎👎"
