I needed my car towed after being involved in a crash and Performance Towing have been absolutely fantastic to deal with every step of the way. Shout out to the ladies in the office for being so helpful and friendly. Also to the owner, it’s clear he really cares about his business and the people he helps out which is actually quite refreshing. "My car was towed by Performance Towing after an accident in Feb 2019. After being assured by the tow truck driver about how secure their holding premises were, the car was then stolen from their Burswood yard that weekend. According to the Police report, these jokers left the keys inside the vehicle! I only found out about my car being stolen 3 days later when I got a call from the Police towing company who had recovered the vehicle. Performance Towing then lied to me stating that the Police had told them not to inform me. Not once did they apologise for or even acknowledge the incident, all of which would have been avoided if they had any sort of proper security in place. In my experience this ‘company’ is completely and utterly untrustworthy and I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Even giving them 1 star is too generous."
"Steer well clear. Held car 9 days in holding yard before taking car to repairer wanting payment from insurer first. As if RAC, one of the biggest car insurers in the world, aren't going to pay up. Ridiculous!! Obviously making a claim and arranging payment takes time . What about your customers stuck without a car?"
