"I was disappointed with the phone service. My car had a smashed drivers side mirror. Yesterday I was told it would take 2 working days to arrive. It arrived this morning. I initially contacted Croydon about 9.40 am again about 10.30 and 11.50. I also sent ate t. It wasn’t until the 3 call that I was told it could not be attached today. The previous 2 contacts I was told the staff would call me back. This did not happen. I sent a text inquiry which provided me with service details only Helen Wright"
