"Worse customer service and communication experience with this company. They said they will post my order and nothing - never received it. They dont respond to your messages/emails after 36-48hrs later and they tell you lies. Avoid buying from this company - NEVER AGAIN!! Otherwise buy at your own risk!! EDIT: Response to your reply. First of all, 1) No one EVER told me there was some major sporting event that Friday/weekend or a public holiday🤦🏻♂️ 2) You said Friday if not Monday was likely the item would be posted. I NEVER said it must be delivered by Tuesday. You gave the dates. 🤦🏻♂️ 3) The sills were NEVER delivered nor posted - not sure why u said returned.🤦🏻♂️ All these could have been avoided only if u guys did your part and kept the customer updated and actually posted the item - instead of making up lies saying it was but never was!! I was patient with u guys, but when the silent treatment and lack of updates occurred the following week - things start to get sus! Yes - you refunded (thank you) only after i raised a case with my bank and the next step was Fair Trading if i didnt get my money. Moral of the experience was “COMMUNICATIONS” - thats what you guys lacked off. Goodbye."
