"My experience at Altona north Repco was very poor, I went to Repco at Altona north at 8:00am to buy oil for my car because I was low on oil and needed to top up asap, so I went straight to Repco in the morning after working a 12 hour night shift, when I arrived at the store at 7:45am I was the only customer there in the Carpark and waited til 8:00am for the store to open, once the store opened at 8:00am I was still the only car in the Carpark so I walked up to the front door and noticed it was locked, so I called the store and the girl behind the counter answered, when she answered the phone I said said, Hi are you guys Opend ? I need to buy oil for my car, she said sorry because we are under staff today we are only doing click and collect !! You will have to purchase your order online lol, I said ok so I did a online purchase and waited in my car, then I drive home because I needed my sleep for night shift again, when I woke up that evening I noticed that I had received a text Messege at 8:40am telling me that my order is ready to be picked up, !!! Why did I have to wait so long with no oil in my car even after I had paid for it 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ I then I drove to work my 12 hour night shift again. The next morning I went to Repco to pick up my oil and they were Opend at 8:00am so I walked in and picked up my oil, what a bloody joke!!!"
"The team at Repco Altona North always have great customer service however I really want to thank them for correcting a recent delivery, which was sent to my old address. After calling to explain the situation, without request they returned to old address, picked up my order which had already been delivered, and then brought it to my new address. Great job team at Repco!"
