"Staff don't know Australian Consumer Law. Yesterday I wanted to swap light globes that I'd bought at the store 2 hours prior because the NARVA online selector listed the wrong globes for my car. The assistant told me I had to have the docket, which was in my other car that my wife had. Australian Consumer Law clearly states that products that are bought due to incorrect information by the supplier must be refunded even if there is no docket. Today an item I wanted scanned at a higher price than the shelf price. By law I am entitled to buy that item at the shelf price less the difference. The assistant refused to honour this and wanted to sell it at the shelf price.That's in contravention to Australian Consumer Law. Train your staff so they at least know basic Australian Consumer Law!"
"Do not visit this store. Staff is not professional and hospitality Is ridiculous. I bought my car battery and 3 months later it requires a recharge but staff did not give me a proper answer. VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE."
