"I don't recommend this supplier, particularly if you order an accessory online for collection at their store. I originally went into the store to purchase a Luggage Net, however after was asked to place the order online due to zero in-store stock. After I placed and paid for the order online, I received no follow up emails to confirm the purchase or to advise pick up times. Eventually I rang the store, and after stumbling trying to find my order they told me they would call me back to advise delivery time. I did not receive a call back within 5 days so I rang them again, and after stumbling to find my order they told me they would have to order the item from Thule, and they will advise delivery times. This time they did ring me back, however the delivery time for the item would be twelve weeks, so I asked for a refund. After another three days I did not receive a refund, so I called them back ... after stumbling to try to find my order they told me it was 'pending' and no action had been taken to refund my payment. They have now promised to make the refund ... lets see if it happens."
