"UPDATE TO SHEEN TOWING REPLY: My name is Liz (Jaden's mum) you replied to my son by saying my son had "NO INSURANCE" 1. We never paid or received an invoice for the tow truck 2. We never paid or received an invoice for the days the car stayed at your depot. 3. Would you like me to upload a copy of my sons comprehensive insurance from budget Yes you did damage my sons bumper would I fight you for $100 or $150, not worth it. Yes I have photos to prove the bumper was not damaged the night of the accident You also stated that you offered to refer us to one of your panel shops in your reply. This was never discussed between Sheen and us but that's your words against us neither of us have proof The tow truck driver was amazing on the night so we thank you. When you reply to any of your customers make sure you have the correct information. I write this in response to your reply because I hate liars. If you have anything to discuss relating to this situation you have my contact details please do not hesitate to call me THERE IS BETTER THAN THEM Usually I don't leave reviews on anything but this annoyed me especially with their response towards me. Now I had an accident and my car rolled onto it's roof and suffered severe front end damage now after getting the car towed to their depot and brought back to my property after some days I noticed that there was a hole left in my rear bumper which I found odd because I suffered no damage in my rear and upon closer inspection noticed paint from another vehicle was left on my rear bumper, I contacted sheen saying a hole was left in my rear bumper explaining to them my concern they were helpful first time round I sent photos to them and said they would contact me shortly. A week went by and I haven't heard nothing from them so I called and asked what their verdict is they said they were not at fault and anything can happen during towing and that my car was on its roof. Now I understand that, but they were very hesitant in ending that phone call with me saying they were not at fault for anything but a perfectly fine rear bumper that I was ready to put on the spare car I had has been ruined and taken my trust away in what a company with what should be reputable has left me angered and frustrated because they did not want to deal with me and suspect foul play."
"I was unfortunately involved in a car accident which required my vehicle to be towed from the site. But I was very fortunate in that the gentleman (yes, gentleman) who arrived to tow my car, Ron, couldn’t have been more helpful or more professional! Being in a bit of shock, I remember the poor man had to explain to me a few times what the processes were from there, but he answered each of my questions calmly and didn’t rush me. The service didn’t end there. I then dealt with Stratos at Sheen Towing, (Bayswater) and he explained how the claims process works with the utmost professionalism, and concern for my wellbeing. He also helped me source a better salvage price than what was offered by the insurance company, and removed the number plates for me when I went to collect them. I can not fault their service. Thank you, again, for helping me when I really needed help."
