"Had a phoenix premium a frame bullbar and safari snorkel for pajero exceed fitted there today, must say Dan and the team did a great job,nothing was to much trouble, did encounter a small compatibility issue with the after market head light washer kit and the replacement water bottle in the safari kit, but hey stuff happens, a solution was found and all is good. I would not hesitate in recommending these guys, and i will be returning in the future. Thanks again Dan and the team, not forgetting. Clair and Amy. Cheers."

"If i could give less then i would. The only gold star goes to Amy and the guy who did the hard physical work. The owner/general manager is not worth a cent. I paid for replacement windows, canopy lining to be reglued, new brake light and asked for a general service on the canopy nearly a year ago, which they were happy to do and take my money. Within a month, I noticed the lining was saging again and the new windows were leaking like a siv! Thats when the delays began, no updates and me continuously chasing them up. 7 months later, they finally squeezed me in, only the have the windows replaced and nothing else fixed or replaced as promised (in writing too). I was not told (ever) that things may not fit due to my canopy being old, that I should've gone somewhere else to have the lining fixed (but were still happy to take my money) claiming nothing is under warranty and blaming the current world crisis for the delays (when in a previous email it was stated the goods were on the water) Amy: I feel for you, I hope you're treated alot better by your general manager. Claire: when a customer pays for a product, they expect it to be fixed then and there and to not have to chase for months and to not be looked down upon when walking into the shop."
