"Just want to share my experience. On Friday the 15th I dropped my car off to have the arb base rack installed. When I got back to the store to collect the car, the rack looked great. No scratches as per my original concern. This is where the issues began though.... After paying for the service and getting into the car, I initially found that the seatbelt was difficult to operate. Not caring much I drove the car home which is about 500m away. As I got home I decided to do a quick check of the vehicle and turns out that 3 out of 4 seat belts has been tampered with (and not working). I took the car back to Stayontrack4x4 within the hour to have rectified and was told by the service crew that they had no idea what happened and that they never touched it..... first off, I know exactly what happened as I am not dumb and second I can't believe I was straight lied too... The 200 series are known for this issue. If you don't remove the rails correctly, then it'll require you to remove the internal roof liner to finish the work in short. This is what happened. Now my original concern is now internal. I got marks on my side curtains and my aircon vent don't line up anymore from where they pulled back the liner to do the work. All arb places do it correctly, why couldn't them? I did the base rack install to gauge what their quality of work was like initally and must say it was appalling. I was going to do a lot of upgrades at stayontrack4x4 but have decided to go elsewhere even for a premium. Side note- I had a mark on the rear left panel as they were refixing the seatbelts which I found. It look like they rubbed something against my panel. Looks like they dont care much about damaging people property. I hope this review helps someone later on."
"***Roof Rack - Front Runner [FR] - Colorado 2015*** Before Christmas 2019 [early DEC] I called Steve and asked him his thoughts on a roof racks for my Colorado, in particular the FR rack. I was set on the FR rack having emailed, called and discussed with the manufacturer. Steve did his research on the FR rack also and liked the concept and by mid DEC a date was lined up to have it supplied and fitted. The deal was to have it fitted before the 19 DEC. Even though there was a hiccup with transport [lost in transit], Steve got it sorted with FR and had them air freighting a replacement rack to meet the deadline. There was some teething issues with the rack vibrating, but on my return to Gladstone after Christmas, I dropped it into Steve and we discussed what improvements could be done to eliminate the vibration. Steve suggested to stiffen the slates with a brace, along with some minor adjustments to the rack and roof bracket and the test run proved a success... no more vibrations. Good ingenuity on his behalf. Steve went out of his way to ensure I got the rack fitted before Christmas and persisted with solving the issues thereafter. He even replaced an indicator bulb at no extra charge. This is what customer service is all about. I was really happy with his service and aftercare and I fully recommend paying Steve a visit for any of your 4x4 needs. Thank you, to you and your Team, Steve."
