"Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Was very smug and talked down to us in such a messed up way. How can they work in customer service and treat customers worse than trash. Tried returning an item as it was malfunctioning and a balding guy with a beer belly was very rude and acted like we didn’t know how to use a spray can…seriously? Then was openly talking bad about us infront of us to other staff and clearly talking about us through their mic to a young guy with black hair who served us after we took the replacement items (who was nice to us but could tell we knew what was going on) not surprised this location has so many bad reviews."
"Disgusting service and would never go back. I misplaced my reciept for hubcaps I purchased that didn't fit my van. I went in with proof of purchase showing my bank transaction and they had refused to refund it or even exchange for something I may use. I was told try another one and it will probably get returned. What rubbish. Box was fully intact. Copy and paste from their website:For Non Members, we ask for your photo identification showing your name, address, and signature. You can help us determine proof of purchase by providing a Bank Statement or similar."
"One of the larger stores I think? Good range - had initially given it 3 stars but I visited more recently and one of the chaps there was very helpful in finding an elusive oil measuring jug!"
