"I was there to have headlight bulbs replaced, at night while driving I realised the beams were facing up so I went to the store to have them adjust the beams but the guy that fixed the bulbs said it's not their duty to adjust the beam and I told him I once had the same problem with my other car and supercheap in acacia Ridge fixed the bulbs and adjusted the beam without me asking and he said that is wrong, they are not supposed to do that. I left the store in disappointment."
"Went to the Springfield Orion store this afternoon, the staff there were very helpful however this was quickly undone by the same hopeless incompetent cashier by the name of Christine. She shows little interest in doing her job and is good at dropping things. Every time I go into this store she completely undoes the great customer service of her colleagues. Dear management please give this person the boot!"
"Was thoroughly impressed by two guys who helped me find the correct parts and gave me great advise however, my whole good experience didn't take much time when I reached out to the counter to pay and I came across this young stubborn and utterly rude girl at the counter. She sounded really frustrated and her tone was extremely extremely rude. I told her politely that it's unfair to be rude with me and to take out her frustrations on me when she had a bad day with other customers. I reported her behaviour to an older gentleman who just laughed it away, this shows how much the store cares about their customers. Absolutely disgraceful and shame on such young and stubborn workers who simply don't understand what a good customer service should be like. I'll never shop with Supercheap ever again! By the way, it has been three days and I am still waiting for the part I had ordered. I was advised that it'll be in within a day or two."
"Very unprofessional customer service I understand she's bit old but it is not necessarily to be racist to customers! I asked the supervisor for help to sell me the seat cleaning machine with the unopened box, but he denied me and said sorry, you asked us to open the box, a big lie, I did ask him am I disabled to open the box for me? I have a question here Whenever you ask the seller to open a 10 box of tools, will they open it in supercheap? Now I paid $240 with zippay but no device was given to me I have never seen such racism like this 60 or 70-year-old woman and that 27-year-old supervisor boy"
